My name is Gerard. I am a Strata Customer Care. I have undergone the 6 week Strata Staff Foundation Training program.

  • Answering and attending call inquiries (outbound & inbound)
  • Email Correspondence & Management
  • Urgent requests for flyers/notices/document requests
  • Strata Roll information
  • Meeting Minutes Filing
  • Keeping data entry of documents
  • Proxies & Nomination forms
  • Answering inquiries from suppliers, residents and council
  • First point of contact for any building complaints and request
  • Lot owner update request
  • AGM/EGM Meeting document requests
  • Other admin tasks request (back office or through calls)
